J. Cole Brings Out Drake at Sold Out NYC Show [VIDEO]

Plus, the XXL Freshman tries his hand on the keyboard during his sold out show…

J. Cole had somewhat of a homecoming for the final stop on his BET Music Matters Tour.
The North Carolina native, whose self-proclaimed second home is New York City, landed in the Big Apple last night (December 5) for the final leg of the tour. While captivating the crowd with tracks from both The Warm Up and last month’s Friday Night Lights, as many fans rapped along throughout the night, the highlight of the show may have been provided when the XXL Freshman brought out Drake as a surprise guest.
The two performed their FNL collabo, “In The Morning,” and then Drake went into “Up All Night.” [Watch Below]
Before leaving the stage, Drizzy had some kind words for J. Cole. “I gotta say one thing New York City,” he told the packed house, which was sold out. “I gotta say, it’s very rare for you to have the opportunity to come up in the game and have somebody else that you admire and respect so much. This my motherfuckin’ brother.” Before adding, “I’ma see you in Europe,” a reference to the upcoming tour that the two will be on beginning next month.
Backed by a live band the entire night, Cole at one point got on the keyboard himself to play the beginning of “Lights Please,” before hopping back to the front of the stage and showing himself some love. “Stevie Wonder motherfucker! John Legend motherfucker!” he shouted with a laugh. [Watch Below]
After finishing his set and heading off stage, the Roc Nation signee was called back for an encore, during which he performed a few tracks, rounded out by his verse on “Looking For Trouble,” a G.O.O.D. Friday release from November.
